About Us

HEALING THROUGH LIFESTYLE

As a husband-and-wife team, we are deeply committed to people and purpose. We exist to empower, equip, and edify leaders and workers—enabling them to bring lasting healing and restoration to the families, communities, and organisations where they live and serve.

Through our work with corporate organisations, social development initiatives, community networks, and various enterprises, we have encountered a common reality: leaders and care workers carrying the weight of supporting others, often at the expense of their own wellbeing.

We have witnessed the quiet toll of burnout, the pressure to keep showing up, and the need for spaces where those who care for others can themselves be supported, encouraged, and restored.

This is where our passion and purpose come together. Through coaching, counselling, and consulting, we come alongside individuals, teams, and organisations to build resilience, strengthen relationships, restore balance, and cultivate sustainable growth—both personally and professionally.

Our work extends far beyond the boardroom and counselling room into the heart of local communities. For many years, we have been actively involved in ministry and community development within farming communities, walking alongside families, leaders, and care workers through training, mentoring, support groups, events, and practical outreach initiatives.

These experiences have given us a deep appreciation for both the challenges people face and the remarkable strength that emerges when individuals are empowered, equipped, and encouraged to thrive. It is this unique blend of professional expertise, lived experience, and grassroots community involvement that shapes our approach and fuels our commitment to bringing healing, restoration, and lasting transformation wherever we serve.

Our Story

Meet The Team

Gunter Profile.jpg

Hi, I’m Günter Titus

I’ve spent more than fifteen years walking alongside people through seasons that don’t fit neatly into a self-help book—career crossroads, strained relationships, burnout, and big questions around meaning and purpose.

Growing up in a family dedicated to community development and education across South Africa shaped how I see people and leadership. I’ve experienced firsthand how meaningful change happens when individuals and teams feel truly understood, supported, and empowered.

My work draws on coaching, counselling, and consulting—because real life rarely needs only one of those things.

Sometimes you need a thinking partner. Sometimes you need a safe space to process. Sometimes you need practical strategy. Often, you need all three.

As a trained Counsellor and Life Coach, I work with individuals and organisations to strengthen resilience, develop leadership capacity, and build healthy, thriving team cultures.

Whatever you bring, you’ll find someone who listens carefully, speaks honestly, and stays in your corner.

Carryn Profile.jpg

Hi, I’m Carryn Titus

My journey has been shaped by a life of service—growing up in a family dedicated to ministry and community work across different cultures and communities, and walking closely with people through both their joys and their challenges. These experiences have given me a deep empathy for people and a strong belief in their ability to grow, heal, and thrive.

Professionally, I’m a trained Social Worker with over ten years of experience in operations and logistics management. This has shaped a unique part of how I work—I don’t only see people’s needs, I also see the systems, structures, and strategies that can support lasting change. I love bringing clarity into complexity, helping individuals and organisations move from feeling overwhelmed to having a clear, practical way forward.

At the same time, my heart has always been drawn to the more personal and restorative side of the journey. I’m deeply passionate about creating spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and experience healing in meaningful ways—including through approaches like equine-assisted work, where connection, trust, and reflection happen naturally and powerfully.

Whether I’m working with individuals, teams, or organisations, my focus is on creating environments where people feel seen, supported, and equipped to move forward with confidence and purpose.

I’m also a wife and a proud mom to a lively six-year-old and two young foster children—so I understand firsthand the beauty, chaos, and deep value of balancing life, family, and calling.
